Order Processing

Orders placed on our website are completely secure. Once you've filled out our online order form and sent it to us, the order is first confirmed and then securely transmitted to us. We check for product availability, enter your order, confirm your credit card, and send you another e-mail indicating that the order has been entered. Our goal is to have all orders entered no later than 48 hours after receiving them, but we'll often enter orders within hours of receiving them.
